Hi, I purchased a DJI Mavic 2 Pro about six months ago, but never managed to activate the DJI Care Refresh policy I had purchased with the drone as I was out of the country as soon as I had received it. I do not wish to change anything, and understand my drone is not, and will not, be covered by the policy. Therefore, I would like to go about getting a refund since the policy was never even activated.
How can I go about doing this?
