Hi, I purchased a DJI Mavic 2 Pro about six months ago, but never managed to activate the DJI Care Refresh policy I had purchased with the drone as I was out of the country as soon as I had received it. I do not wish to change anything, and understand my drone is not, and will not, be covered by the policy. Therefore, I would like to go about getting a refund since the policy was never even activated.

How can I go about doing this?

Hi there, DJI Care Refresh cannot be cancelled without returning the product purchased, according to DJI refund policies.
It is recommended to send email to djicare@dji.com with your serial number so that our team is able to check the status of your DJI Care Refresh for further assistance.

The answer is you can’t get one. They won’t care or understand your issue.
