Hey man, i was in your same position.. the answer is they are a chinese company who run things differently. Completely different culture to us in the United States, the customer DOES NOT come first, they definetly do not employ the same business strategy as Amazon or Apple, where they will do anything to make it right and keep you as a customer, they would rather upset you over and over again than to keep your loyalty. That being said, it took me 4 months from when i experienced my trouble to finally get upgraded shipping from 4 days to 2 days!! (on a problem that was their fault).. something that trivial shouldnt have taken that long. In your case, keep telling the manager what you want and expect from them, do not take anything less, we need to stand up to them. |
