hehe I'm a poor survey taker. There was one about why I bought an Osmo Action. It asked lots of questions, then said, "List the 3 youtube channels that influenced your decision." Couldn't think of any. 3 answers required, so I put How; Should: I Know. The next question was even harder. so I said, "Forget this nonsense."

HAHAHAHAH  yeah i'm the same...

It’s probably in DJI’s favour that my account on here is linked to a defunct email address for if they sent a survey to me they probably wouldn’t like some of my responses. They maybe the leaders in drone sales but their products have the lowest usable life expectancy by their own design.

I’m not questioning the serviceability of DJI gear, I still fly my Phantom that I purchased back in 2012. But DJI generally do not actively support a Product for more than 12months..

Example. I purchased a priece of DJI equipment, it had only been on the market for four months before they released an update that grounded mine, and many other customers systems. A few months of pleading with tech support to release a fix resulted in DJI dropping all support for said system and telling customers to invest in its replacement which was nearly 10 times the cost of the original system.

Yes I Understand... with new products coming out all the time it's hard to support the entire range I guess...

I dont think it is a secret, I was offered credits in the DJI store or a carrying bag (not sure what type). But my guess is some sort of canvasbag with DJI print on it!
