Hi Jmrnt93, I am sorry to know that your DJI Osmo is not functioning properly. Since you have tried to reset the Wifi and update the Firmware. I would recommend for you to please try uninstalling and reinstalling the DJI GO app but please make sure to back up your files because once the app has been uninstalled we won't be able to recover the files inside the DJI GO app. In addition please try to use a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persists. If after doing these process and the issue is still persisting. The best thing we need to do is to send in the said unit for further diagnosis.
