This is a short video and a couple of photos from when Ludvika (a town in Sweden) had an event unveiling a monument.



This is one of a pair of 1.100kV UHVDC Transformers (the largest in the world) that are able to put out 12 GigaWatts of power. They are built by ABB Transformer in Ludvika and there was issues getting them shipped to China so one of them is now used as a Monument for what ABB in Ludvika is capable of, but it is also going to be used as a backup incase there is a huge blackout in the town, when fitted with a huge battery this monument will be able to power key parts of the town.
