Somebody else has this problem, that the order of mavic mini is NOT listed under all orders in Dji shop under: -my orders-?
So DJI please help with this problem, because I cannot track my order.......

Log out, then log back in and try again. It happens to me on occasion.

Hi Mindy,

I used for my order of mavic mini a different Email account than I use here in the forum.
But I got confirmation of pay,ment from dji.

Just had the same thing happen. I contacted support and the problem was, my URL was set to the wrong country. Once I changed it to the Canadian site, my order came up.

Ok thank you in the last two weeks I’ve been to the US then on to Iceland Norway and now I’m in Sweden won’t be back in Ireland until 12th nov, so it must be confused, thanks for that good to know .

the support gave the same advice to me...but I have set to germany  and my old orders all are there
but not this new one...so please dji help me.

Now I solved the problem by myself:
I signed in with this email I ordered in the dji store
and voila the mavic mini is listed there.....
but now the question with what email i shall activate the mini when itwill arrive?

You first have to change the country . ( in which you have purchase)for me i had to change to netherlands
Then click on my account again, you hopefully see the order

I had germany activatedt and all my orders are there..but not the mavic mini,
maybe because i ordered with an old registarted other email adress...
now i logged in with this email adress mavic mini is there but not all
my other orders....
think there is something going wrong at dji store....because
name and adress should be important NOT the email adress.....

Glad to know the issue has been fixed, any account can be used to activate the drone. But if your activation account is different from Forum account, the icon of the drone will not be displayed under your avatar.

Thanks for your feedback, you are correct, when you switch to another country, the orders you placed with the previous country will not be displayed under My Orders, this has been forwarded to the appropriate team to optimize, thanks again for your support.
