Hi, anyone from DJI can help, we have more than 10 Phantom 4 now with the same issue that after updating the firmware it failled many times on 99% and on 100 % the message is update failed error 0x028103, the view has gone but the camera is recording the copter is flying fine and we have tried to update with dji assistant with no luck, one of the copters we changed the motherboard and it started working but other copters are still waiting for a miracle. kindly help us out if there is any software which can help thanks.

Hi M Aadil, I am sorry for the trouble that your DJI Phantom 4 has caused you. With regard to the firmware refresh stuck on 99%, the driver of on your computer is it up to date. The DJI Assistant 2 may not recognize the drone properly if the driver is not up to date. I have posted an image where you can check for the driver on your computer. If you are using Mac you will need to reinstall the DJI Assistant 2. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
