Hi,

I have a problem with the gimbal on my P4P.
It seems to work fine but it's impossible to control it with the RC. It only moves when I use my finger on the screen of my IPad in the DJI Go App, nothing when i move the gimbal control of the RC.
The gimbal is moving as it should when the P4P is powered on, i did a gimbal and RC calibration, the firmwares are updated, i don't know what to do anymore.
I'm using an Inspire RC with the Phantom.
Does someone have an idea?

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We do not recommend using the DJI Inspire RC to DJI Phantom 4 aircraft since we cannot guarantee the stability of the Inspire RC to the said aircraft and this might give you some errors. I will highly recommend using a DJI Phantom 4 Pro RC to avoid any possible problems or errors. Hope this helps. Thank you for your understanding and support!
