Hello,
I have the problem that after I bought the OTG cable and have been using it, I get at least 2 or 3 disconnects between phone (Samsung S10) and the RC.
It seems to happen because my hand moves the cable when holding the controller....

Do you guys have similar experiences? Any suggestions?  Phone is about 6 month old, so the port is not worn out yet and has no issue when charging.

Thanks for any feedback.
Alex

Me sucede lo mismo. Se desconecta varias veces el RC con mi teléfono Samsung S9+. Aun no sé que puede suceder.

Hi, I am sorry to know that you are having connectivity issue with your DJI Spark Remote Controller, Please try a different cable to isolate to issue and if it still persists please try a different compatible device. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

What about using a different type of mount to move the phone away from your hands like this - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/263222838030

Is it a 90 degree plug cable?
If not, get one like this:

I have my hand where the cable sits, and just have micro movements and it seems to be enough to disconnect. and reconnect... and disconnect and reconnect...

Ah, ok.
So plug the cable in the phone, BEFORE you put the phone in the RC
Edit:
And turn the plug, cable to RC side.

It is USB C, that shouldn't be a concern, here.

Yes, USBC corrected a mistake in the design of the connector.

well i thought that, but i often charge my phone wireless and dont have any disconnection problems with other chargers, when putting them on the charger. Therefore i am led to believe that the port seems to be fine only had the phone for about 6 month. I ordered a phone holder so that my hand wont touch the cable while flying. that seems to be the most promising solution i could see...
just surprised that this isn't a more common problem.

Still try it with  plug it IN, before putting it in the RC
The rubber in the clamp is made for it.
The Mavics are coming with cable, which are inside the clamp

aside, it is a third party cable, perhaps not 100%
trying it the other way round (cable to RC body plus inside the clamp ) may get you a better connection.
Even if it should be the same, just check both direction available.
