Hi there,

Anyone know where I can buy a Mecanum wheel replacement?
I am looking for the shell / hub part (internal part of the wheel)

I had some alignment issue with one of the wheel where the arrow between the two hubs not lining up. The screw holes between the two parts therefore dont line up.
So during the assembly i thought it was fine but turns out it is not.

THe wheel actually came apart when it bumped into a wall. Found out the screws now dont screw in proper due to the damaged threading in the holes

Anyone got suggestion on how to fix this?
I tried many times but the the arrow does not match no matter how many times i tried.

It should be covered by DJI warranty.

Depends, they might think that he did the damage.

Amazon has some third-party wheels. I can not vouch for them but might be worth a shot:

If you feel adventurous as you have a 3D Printer, this might also work:

Try to put some good quality plastic glue on threads before screwing it in. I use Loctite GO2 Gel glue for repairs like that with good results. If you are in the US, you can get it from  HomeDepot for about $5 or $6.

Similar to Albertr's post, you might be able to fill the damaged screw holes with liquid plastic, then drill a hole and tap it.

Getting this error after a month of use. Seems the motor is shot already? The sad part is that i can not find a replacement motor online or DJI...
