After several reboots I still get this error screen and there's no way for me to update my the Fly Safe Database of my Mavic Air. Anyone had this experience? Any suggestion to how to fix?

It updated for me on MPP, all by itself.

i had this happen a few times.. usually cuz exactly what the error says.. issue with network/connection.  may need to find another/better location to pull data or kill the app and try again.   

If you can it get it to work, try DJi Assistant for Mavic, it should fix it.

I'm having the same problem. I just opened the box 2 days ago and haven't been able to fly it once.  The DJI GO 4 app keeps crashing when it connects to the Mavic Air, saying the "Precise Fly Safe Database" update needs to run. Whether I click update or ignore or do nothing, the app crashes within 30 seconds.  When I go to my PC and try to update using DJI assistant, I get a notification that the No Fly Zone software needs to update, if I click update, same thing - DJI assistant app crashes on my PC.  Very frustrating!
