I can choose the band it's fix 5.8 .... no way to switch

I think, that is the only real type.

Now he just needs to check, why his bird/the app is showing 2.4 channels


Aside, I would probably try not to do updates  the Bird, RC or App, right now. Ever!

So we just need to wait for the guys with the coding skills, methinks.

Aber dafür ist doch die Reichweite entäuschend oder nicht? Weit entfernt von 4km

ich weiß es nicht aber auf Youtube gibt es da 2 Videos.. eines mit 500m eines mit weit über 1km

Not really, I think.
It is, imho, the environment that cuts a FCC Bird in 5.8 down.
Get the bird to a ocean/flat spot and fly it high out, no problems (Spark), 3000+m
Try the same, just about half the legal height, 1000 can be challenging
To me it seems, that 5.8 reflections from your OWN RC can create a problem.

Now we fly in a city, even more OWN reflections of the signal can happen.
PLUS the one or the other wifi in 5.8 can be between your RC and the bird.
There are more and more, these days!

could you send a picture from the labels on the drone and the remote? Does it show an CE label? If so...maybe from firmware???

FakeGPS is no longer working, the application get the gps position from the gps in the drone, not just from the mobile phone GPS.

Can you do another range test please? I wos hopping for a much greater range in Germany with a FCC Version.
Otherweise I will by the CE Version.

I think it's a software issues.... because the serialnumber and everything is like Ce... also the Model is the MT1SD25 inside of the Mini. But the software showing something different

Hehe...keep it very safely stored until we know the secret of the two "different" firmwares...your model seems to be a very interesting one
