Hi,

I purchased my new Osmo Mobile 3 today and am trying to start it up to use. I balanced my phone and then pressed the power button but it did not start. I saw two white dots & a green light blinking and nothing else. I am charging the gimbal. Hope it works after that.

I purchased this online so do you recommend I opt for a replacement here as current product can be defective?

Update: While charging only 2 lights are blinking. Third one is not blinking.

Hi, I am sorry to know that you are having issue with your new DJI Osmo Mobile 3. When you are trying to turn on the said Gimbal by holding down the power button. Is the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 doing a self check? If possible kindly please post a short video footage of the said issue for us to assists you further. Thank you.

I'm having quite weird problem right now.

I try to charge my OSMO mobile 3 first time using the Ipad charger which is 5.1v * 2.1amp which equal to 10w+

But i have charged like 5 hours and it still charging with 3 lights blinking.
If i load my app and check, the battery bar still have one small portion till full bar.

Is it normal as i cannot find any relevant post also.
