Downloaded the Fly app, connected to my Mavic 2 Pro using the Fly app, surprised to find it worked. The more advanced features of the M2P were there in the app, and controllable within the app.
I have n't tried flying using the Fly app due to the weather.
I think the Fly app contains all the software to display all the capabilities of which ever aircraft is connected.
No doubt DJI will provide details in the near future as wether this is a replacement for the Go4 app.
Hello and good day Mavic57pro2. Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience with regards to this matter. As of the moment we do not recommend you to use the DJI Fly application when operating and flying your DJI Mavic 2 Drones for compatibility and reliability purposes and to avoid any incident. For the latest updates with regards to DJI and it's applications. Please feel free to visit out official DJI website at www.dji.com for details. Thank you.

I was thinking about doing that.
Hope we won't get a post tomorrow : HELP MP LOST AFTER TRYING NEW APP
I am not advising flying it, but just see how much of the MP is controllable in the FLY app, camera, settings, etc. Installing The Fly app has created a new Android directory called "Go 5" ! Why would it do that ? Maybe the Fly app will become Go 5 ?

Cool
I'm not on Android, so I won't be able to see that.
Maybe in iTunes.

It may be Go5, just haven't gotten to finalizing it????
I was able to connect to my Mavic Pro but when I got out of the app to start screen record I was greeted with an error say device not compatible. The screen even had a 360 radar like icon in the lower center for the sensors. When in the setting it did show it was connected to a Mavic Pro. I said in another fourm topic it would be nice if they had just 1 app.
