Hi every one.I have problem with backward sensor in phantom 4 pro.message pop up on App said backward sensor error,need calibration .I have calibrating on my compute used DJI Phantom 4 Assistant 2. forward sensor,downward sensor easy calibrating but  backward sensor is little bit hard to calibration and take more and more time recalibration it then after transmitting calibration collection finally it failed.I do calibrating again,again but got no luck.Please help.Thank you

Hi. I am sorry to know that your DJI Phantom 4 Pro backward sensor is not calibrating. For the calibration issue, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Assistant 2? I would recommend using a different computer or use the recommended resolution. For recommended display resolution (usually 14 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 17 inches for 1366*768 or 1280*720; 19 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 22 inches for 1680) *1050 or 1920*1080; 24 inches for 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). Please keep us posted or updated for us to be able to assists you further. Thank you.

Thanks for recommend.I have used both my computer laptop to calibration this Phantom 4 pro but both failed.I have were calibration my 2 other phantom 4 standard and Pro used this Assistant 2 and these work fine but this Phantom 4 Pro just bought on Ebay is failed.Uninstall and download new DJI assistant 2 but not solve.the problem just with backward sensor.Start calibrating forward sensor ok then downward sensor ok then backward sensor first round ok but second round problem come at 60% of round,the App said :sensor moved incorrect direction,try again,then failed .repeat that some time but finally complete.But then in calibration collecting transmitting step from 0% to 90% then failed to complete

The best thing we need to do is to contact our DJI support team at ( https://repair.dji.com/repair/index ) for further help. There could be an issue internally with the said drone that is why we are facing this issue. We hope to hear from you as soon as possible for swift resolution. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for reply.This Drone I have purchased on Ebay so do not have DJI service plan or main receipt
Do I can still request repair to DJI service?
