Hi, I am sorry fo the trouble that your DJI Mavic 2 Pro has caused, When you are encountering this issue, did you noticed any error message on the DJI Go 4 application. For us to isolate the issue, please try to adjust the Gimbal Manually. by going to Settings > Gimbal > Roll Axis Adjustment. In addition, for adjusting the gimbal, please follow these information for proper adjustment. Positive values rotate the gimbal clockwise. Negative values rotate the gimbal counterclockwise.
