When I go to Fedex this is the status:
"Wednesday , 11/13/201912:18 am MEMPHIS, TN Clearance delay - Import"

This really sucks. anybody know how long will take until they released?

Not me. I received mine today in SW Missouri. Ordered on 10/30 DJI online store.

Mine is stuck in Alaska.  DJI said they are working on it but couldn't tell me how long it will take.  I'm hoping just a day.

my mini fly more is stuck in alaska also. fedex says its DJI problem with info not being there or incorrect info

Mine came from Hong Kong straight to Memphis,TN then to SW Missouri FedEX.

I have received the same notification of "Clearance delay - Import".  FedEx's auto-generated description reads as follows:

FedEx: Clearance Delay means the shipment is held up in Customs.
Customs and clearance delays occur for a variety of reasons; the following are some examples:
Missing documentation
Incomplete, missing, or inaccurate information on documentation
Additional documentation needed by regulatory agencies
Processing required by additional regulatory agencies
Missing piece(s) of multiple-piece shipment

The delay started Wednesday morning at 12:00a midnight, so 36 hours so far.  Not bad, hope it doesn't drag on too long.

Delays also happening in Europe, a lot of "secretism" regarding DJI retailers, they can't give more info, DJI says they have a bit of delay...
Just wish I knew exactly what sort of delay we are talking about here.

Mine is stuck in Anchorage Alaska too!  "Shipment held for agreement to pay duty."

It was supposed to be delivered to me in Ohio today. I'm super bummed about it and the DJI customer service has been unhelpful.

Boy i dunno mine snuck through all that somehow and delivered today. That's messed up for some of you

while these types of things normally happen, i can't help but think there might be other elements at play here.

DJI support said logistics is working on it. Winter is coming too

It doesn't look like everybody is getting them simultaneously, specially around Europe, same kind of issues, some stuck at customs, some pending delivery...

Wow, it isn’t unusual for an over seas shipment to get stuck in customs.
I’ve had it to happen a couple of times but it was with single shipments. Not such as what Everyone here is experiencing with this many shipments at once, and some of them making it through even. Puzzling indeed!! Mine has yet to ship, but it would not surprise me if mine got delayed too.

I think maybe all of ours are on the same pallet or something. Check out the weight info.

I  was in the AK group. Status just changed from clearance delay to Scheduled Delivery Pending. Good news. Looking at detail in mobile app it says "1:30 PM Held, cleared regulatory egency(s) after aircraft/truck departed". 1:30 pm in AK is 4:30 pm CST.

Add me to the list of delayed in Memphis for 30+ hours already.

Weight is OK on mine, but the packaging must be awesome. Do I add water to make it grow?

Mine has a ping pong history of going back to Hong Kong, Alaska, Taiwan, Alaska, etc. Latest location is Alaska again.  What’s going on?

Same here - mine is stuck in Memphis as well since Wednesday morning.....

I ordered mine on 10/31, hasn't even shipped...   

Also, just started reading the reviews on the Fly app (android), not good... seems there's some major compat issues.

Wow! I knew the Mini was small but never realised it was just over a cubic inch.

Customer service said it might still take an additional 3-5 business days after it clears and they don’t deliver on weekends.  I hope to get good news when I wake up tomorrow.  Good night.

Add me to the list of people who is waiting for their mini stuck in Alaska and I live in FL.  

Mine is missing since it left HK on Monday , maybe it flew away already ;)

for UK mavic mini orders, apprently people ordered a lot of these and the shipment has only just cleared customs today 15 november , so expect deliveries next week.
