Dear Friends....

1st of all thanks for accepting me as a new member..
I have a mavic air drone but no remote and so I need to connect to a smart phone through wifi. If this works then I will purchase a remote. But I am having several problems connecting with the mobile. I have an LG G3 and a Huwawei P20Lite and I cannot connect with any one of them. I sometimes succeed to connect the LG which is an older phone but not always. When I go in the settings and I search the wifi of the mavic, I cannot see it... At first I thought that the wifi is not working but then I had a new samsung tablet and the wifi of the mavic air is always visible onto this tablet.. The problem is that the tablet is not mine :-)

Just on the device, the space bar does not work. It happens...

You need to press the button on the back of the copter and hold it for 4 seconds. After two beeps, the copter will switch to Wi-Fi control mode.

I do not understand anything written.
The wifi is always on since that I can find it on the tablet.
On the smartphone I cannot.
Still I cannot connect..
Are there any instructions on this wifi button somewhere since that if you hold it first it beebs once, then twice, and then 3 times?

Yes, that is the question.  I don't know of any place you can buy a DJI drone without getting the remote.

Hi sorry for my absence.
I bought the mavic air without remote second hand. So this is to answer your question.
Now I succeeded to connect the mobile to the drone but..... to connect the wifi to the mobile I have to hear the three beeps and not 2 beeps. If i hear 2 beeps the wifi is not visible on the mobile.
I think that this should be some software issue. I update the software but same again
