ordered mavic mini  on 10/31/2019 is now 11/14/2019, DJI send DJI sends messages  that the order is being processed, they took the money from my .... on the11/11/2009, I checked the order and it says it is being processed. I was under the impression that after the money was taken in payment from ...., all orders using .... are required to  be shipped within 24 hours. it's been three days since they took payment and I'm still waiting. no nothing except that they are processing.

I ordered my Mini on 10/30 and that is when my charge went through. I believe this is dependent on credit card used. My Mini was not shipped until 11/12.

Mavic mini went on pre-order on 10/30/2019. 24 hour shipping did not apply but rather depended on product availability. This has been discussed in plenty of other threads as I ordered on 11/01 and it’s still processing as well.

DJI and DHL have lost my Mini, no idea where their shipment is. Can't explain how disappointed I am, first time buying and have been let down at the first opportunity. Who knows when I'll get the drone now given the backlog

A big black eye for DJI

Ordered my Mini Nov. 15th, with a predicted delivery after 20-25 days, ie. around Dec. 5th to 9th - now around two weeks late, with no news from DJI! Mailed DJI, got answer that they'd forward to other department, and then nothing - my use of DJI products will be very short indeed, this is totally unacceptable....

What a cowboy title ;-)
