What can be done to release my order# 0018402491395 ? Trying to get info from Fedex is dangerous to my blood pressure.

nope. didn't anticipate problem with world's largest manufacturer of drones. They knew the demand would be huge and should have been prepared.

To be clear, its not expedited shipping, its expedited processesing to ship. Meaning, they will prepare your order ahead of those who do not have DJI select, they will NOT upgrade your shipping speed.

Apparently they also will NOT make any effort to solve the problem with Customs in Anchorage. Their website clearly states that the price charged for an item includes customs duties and any taxes. This would imply that we are not getting what we paid for!
