I recently paid for one of your products the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 and it seems that the sound is not supported on FCPX which I also purchased just because of the fact I purchased the Osmo but the sound is not working.

I see lot of iPhone 11 usera complaining but I have the old iPhone 7 plus with the very same issue.

What is the time frame on a SW upgrade?

To resolve this issue you need to add a feature where fcpx users can use MOV instead of MP4

As a workaround you can batch rename the file extensions from MP4 to MOV

What kind of feature are you talking about Guenther Jan?? I have the same problem, no sound after using dji osmo 2 with iPhone11, editing in FCPX.
Had to convert to mov.

Also there were image problems when trying to use the mp4 files in edit (stuttering?panning problems? I don’t know) which was resolved after converting to mov.
But very ennoying!
