Have any of you attempted a flight over people waiver for the P4-RTK?  Any success?  I ask specifically for the RTK because, unlike other P4s, the ParaZero system won't work on it, due to the extra GNSS hump.

I have been considering getting a waiver as well and I had the same thought about the parachute.  Hopefully someone can give some insight.  It would be nice to shoot some aerial photos in the downtown area of our (smaller) city for our client.

Of all the thousands of waivers granted, very few are for flying over people.
You would be unlikely to get it for a standard drone without additional safety measures.

107.39 Operation over Human Beings waivers are very easy to get,
follow the example the faa provides, examples of justifications
answer the faa questions correctly for the safety section and you'll receive it.
Don't copy the example word for word, they will refuse it on the spot.
Just write your answers like a report.
I received the Daylight and the Operation over Human Beings in 35 days.
They are a pain in the a s s to write, took me a week to organize the formats.
Like I said they faa provides examples and the questions to answer
Waivers and Authorizations are not hard to acquire from the faa.
Be detailed and thorough in your answers.just understand the requirements
