but the laterst iOS version is 4.3.29

on the downloadside there is 4.3.24 listet for iOS

???

Android system is on 4.3.25
iOS system is no 4.3.29 (or 28?)

As usual , Android devises (including SC ) will receive the .29 version way later than iOS.  
Btw,  the main improvement between .25 and .29 is just "stability", which  can be interpreted elastically.
