I live in Australia and have the MT1SS5 (which is the model sold in AU). The controller says MR1SS5 on the sticker at the back, but when I connect the controller to my Android phone (Android 10, Pixel 2XL), the pop-up states MR1SD25. I'm curious for those of you who also have the MR1SS5 controller, do you also get this message? (see the attached picture)

If other people can verify this, it would make sense then that it's a minor bug. Otherwise, it makes me think I've been given an incorrectly labelled controller.

Interesting ... maybe the developers accidentally programmed the opposite model? We need feedback from more users though.

If it only has 5.8g in the setting then its the FCC version.

But what are the serial numbers on the controller and drone?  If 1T2 and 1SZ then you really do have the FCC version.  If 1WH and 1WG then it is CE, based on posts by DJI in other topics.   Then, provided you can fly it anyway, it is just an app text glitch.

Hi, thank you for patiently waiting. I was able to forward this concern to our designated department. Our DJI R&D Team know this issue and will release a firmware to handle this wrong soon. Currently, you can refer to the first three SN to check the model of the RC and the drone, please see below. Thank you for your understanding and support!

1SZ (for aircraft) & 1T2 (for RC) is FCC, and 1WG (for aircraft) & 1WH (for RC) is CE.
