Dji Mavic stuck in Alaska customs

Hi admins

My mavic mini order 0010525894182 is stuck in Alaska due to customs clearance for more than 48 hrs. Fedex has been not able to provide me any info

I have received messages from Fedex saying it is headed to delivery area, but there is no tracking update at my end. I was told by Dji chat that i will receive a new tracking number, but i have received nothing.

Could you please reply and help me here

I am a bit discouraged seeing this. My Mavic mini was ordered on 12-26 by my son shipped on 12-27 updated tracking today shows it is stuck in customs... i am seeing the same messages as leads this thread. I would figure this issue had been resolved since I see the same issues back in January on other threads. Can someone please figure this out...unknown order number but fedex tracking number is 44142019910.

Yes my package was sent fedex. However, it is sitting in Anchorage Alaska because if some missing information or an MID. I have the same fedex hold messages as start this thread!
