I see alot of Phantom 3 Advance without the remote On Ebay. Because of crashes you would expect the opposite. They are advertised as working order but no remote. Could it be failed attempt of installing range extender? i'm a newbee and confused.

Perhaps aircraft that got lost and then found by the people selling them?

There must be a lot of lost drones out there.

Especially after Christmas, where many are gifted to new RC “pilots”.

I presume, numerous losses are never reported, out of fear from leagal prosecution, or civil liability.
