It looks to me like my Mini can only operate in 5 Ghz bands.  I presume that it is the FCC version since it was bought in the USA. But it looks like the 5 Ghz band has a fair amount of noise/interference. And isn't the 2.4 Ghz frequency inherently longer in range? Just general information would be helpful. Am I correct in thinking that the CE (European version) radio is lower in power than the FCC version?  And is the FCC version limited to 5 Ghz?  Thanks for any info.

Hi John, the FCC version of Mavic Mini only supports 5.8GH.
The max image transmission distance of CE version in CE country or region can reach 2 km in 2.4 GHz and 500 m in 5.8 GHz (if supported by local regulations).

I'd like to ask if I have the USA model (Model MR1SS5) and I come to Europe does the Mavic Mini change automatically from FCC to CE or I need to do it manually (is there an option I can switch this manually)?
If I cannot change to CE, can I use the drone in Europe?
