my aircraft is warning me of the ESC status error and will not take off.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi there, sorry for the troubles, may we have the exact model of your Phantom 3? Was the drone ever crashed or encountered any hard landing? How does it happen?

hello i have a phantom 3 advanced bought it second hand, the video live feed is laggy on every device tested with multiple cables, i did an upgrade to the latest firmware and it flew for about 2 3 days,  with very laggy video, now i am experiencing ESC error, the craft never went higher than 10 feed and never been crashed. Heres a log of my firmware update, its all very confusing. ive heard that the .30 firmware update might solve the esc error. please help.

Phantom 3 pro, aircraft sustained a crash. I didn’t have a warranty so I replaced the top and bottom shell. Everything seemed okay it took pictures but when I went to take off it said ESC status error

In your case, it is recommended to send in the drone to our official repair center for the evaluation and repair service, or please find the local repair center for assistance: https://www.dji.com/service/repair/centers
