No with all four batteries and I try from my friend with Mavic Air and they work perfectly, and I try opposite with other batteries and show me the same...

This happened after the last update with DJI Assistant 2 v1.25 and also can't fly, to make my drone to fly
I install DJI Assistant 2 v1.2 with DevTools and make Non-DJI Battery and fly again, but not recognize like
Mavic Air and like Mavic Pro. That I think if you told me how to access new DJI Assistant 2 DevTools maybe I will fix this problem.

Try updating by air, not through DJI Assistant 2. I've always done that.

Alternatively, you can try. But some versions of firmware without the possibility of lowering them.

Today I try V01.00.0300_Mavic_Air_dji_system, V01.00.0400_Mavic_Air_dji_system but nothing.
Any other suggestions?
Maybe soft for firmware, the battery will be the best solution.

What versions are you using now? Latest from 2019.04.10 - Aircraft Firmware: v01.00.0620
Remote Controller Firmware: v01.00.0200Here they can not be lowered, if I'm not mistaken.

Now I use v01.00.0620 and for RC  v01.00.0200 . And is the same my friend... Why ask? I try these days everything. Thel me how to fix the problem if you know...

I think always have a way to do it.

I solve the battery problem... Just I forgot after the crash in the water to replace and change the thermal compound paste... Now working fine... Thank you for everybody to try to help... Just here I understand the DJI people, administrators, and other stuff are very stupid idiots...
