Ok it has dual frequency TX but why do I never see 2.4? not matter where I fly, either custom or auto - Any suggestions?

Can you please try to sync all of your flight records then uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application to see if the problem persists? Also, the dual-frequency band is only available on a specific location with the compliance of local rules and regulations. In addition, can you please send us a screenshot of the settings wherein you can see the available dual-frequency band for us to further identify the issue. Please keep us posted. Thank you!

All sorted - you just press 'custom' button and select the channel from the list that appears, 1-13 are 2.4Ghz, 146 & above are 5.8Ghz select the highest bar equals /best clearest in your area and your good to go when its switches - PS you can only do this on the ground when you have landed NOT it the air - Hope that helps others.


I just thought there was a 2.4/5.8 button where it chose the best signal itself LOL

when i do custom on the ground i'm only seeing the 5.8 appear.

i just deleted and reinstalled the app and still only showing 5.8. I also synched my flight records.
