Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to sync all of your flight records then uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application to see if the problem persists? Also, the dual-frequency band is only available on a specific location with the compliance of local rules and regulations. In addition, can you please send us a screenshot of the settings wherein you can see the available dual-frequency band for us to further identify the issue. Please keep us posted. Thank you! |
