I would recommend you contact our support team for us to assist you further with regards to this situation at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav . We have the team who would do their best to find out the reason of the issue and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Just a friendly reminder please note that DJI will not perform data analysis for cases occurring after the expiry of the warranty period; otherwise, valid charges will apply. Just a friendly reminder that it's not very helpful to tell him about warranty service when his drone is a couple of years out of warranty.
They haven't made P3 Advanced for a long time.

Was the battery swollen on the sides?  Or it could be your cells were horribly out of balance.  

If you could upload your flight log to the below site and then send the url back here, we could try to figure out what is going on with your battery.

Battery could have been flown a few days ago....12 days let's say.  It goes into discharge mode......the % will read INCORRECT.   That's when what happened to you,  happens.
If you aren't 100% sure of battery status....check your cell voltage BEFORE you fly off......

DJI won't assist as the drone is well out of warranty.
Post your flight data and the real battery situation will be obvious.
