Hi I'm having a camera issue with my Phanthom 4 when flying and shooting stills the camera will stop moving up and down the only way to get it back is to click the button to drop the camera down and then the remote will work again. I'm also having an issue with a delay when shooting stills the camera takes 1 -2 minutes to process and dosent not allow me to keep shooting until it cycles throuh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties that you encountered. Is there any error message shows in your DJI GO4 APP? If yes, please provide a screenshot or record a short video for better assistance.
At the same time, may we know the firmware version of your aircraft, remote controller and the app? Please make sure it has been updated to the latest. It is also recommended to change an SD card to check if the issue persists or not.
