Hi, thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to reset the camera settings to see if there would be some changes? Also, you may recommend trying to use a different SD card for us to further isolate the issue. In addition, can you please clarify if this issue persists even you use a different resolution like 720p, 1080p or 2.7k. Please keep us posted for us to help you further. Thank you! |
