New to the forum and having a issue with the camera on my Phantom 4Pro V2, the quality is awesome but the video skips around constantly. Hope someone here can help me get this figuered out.

Sick Dawg is right, try downloading a free copy of VLCPlayer an see it that works for you. If not, you probably need to update your computer.

Do you mean the video you record or the live video on your phone or tablet?
If you mean the recorded video, try shooting a small test al 1080p.
If that plays properly, it's telling you that your computer and/or player software is the problem.

If you mean your live view is jumpy, that means you need a better phone or tablet.
The app needs a lot of processing power and 4GB of RAM to run smoothly.
