Yes 3 16x9 I tend to just take photo about 2 thirds into next photo if you can understand me

Yeah absolutely, overlapping for proper stiching.

Looks great, and you having better weather over there than the south east of the UK at the moment.  Arent you better off though shooting at 4:3 as the 16:9 is cropped from a 4:3 anyway.

It was quite cold today, just one of those bright sunny winters days, I like them but they are to short . I like the format of 16.9 for 180 panos , I sometimes use 4.3 but find I end up cropping anyway, they are slightly bigger files but for this exercise 16.9 suited.

I will experiment if I get a chance next weekend and weather permitting, if weather allowed I wanted to do a 12 shot 4x3 pano but you have to be reasonably quick with changing exposure and hope LR can stitch.

I did find that to get the bes exposure always expose for the brightest part of the photo, there is enough information in these jpegs to then balance the exposure, but I found the exercise pretty good .

I seen the bright spot was not sure if it was Sun ray poking through, the sun was almost directly behind me or maybe just slightly to my right but behind, so it couldn’t be a reflection , this other photograph was taking 45 degrees to the sun and shows nothing so on 180/degrees from the sun for first photo , I will watch to see if this repeats and thanks for pointing this out as something that might be repeating.

I noticed this in many drone shots and videos, when the shadow of the drone fall in the scene,specially over grass and homogeneous foregrounds. It´s an optical illusion created by the edges of the shadow which dissolves in to the surrounding. It´s called Heiligenschein.

I thought it could be caused by the internal camera software compensating, but apparently if you look with your own eyes yo will see it too.

You are welcome, I was going to relate this issue with the video "EV jumps" some user are experiencing in dark areas and specially dense vegetation, but did a google check first before posting to find the right answer and found it!
