I launched the mavic 2 pro and literally after a few seconds the drone suddenly goes crazy and flew into a tree. As soon as this happened, I turned off the engines, but unfortunately I think that because of this accident the gimbal was damaged because it is a bit crooked and I need to calibrate it to record straight. During flight, the camera strangely equalizes the level. Before that I didn't have to do anything and the picture was simple. When I played the flight in the dji application encountered errors:

- gimbal roll reached movement limit
- motor obstructed
In the link below i'm sending you video from dji app where this flight is recorded. As you can see there is wrote that mavic detected upward obstacle but there was no any obstacle, that space was clear.

What should I do? I don't want to have crooked gimbal - it's a new drone and it was not my fault...

might be that you lost position due to not enough satellites.
try to upload the log on this site to check the reason

You can recalibrate the gimbal in the DJI Go 4 app by pressing the three dots top right ad going to the camera icon, failing that you can manually adjust to make it level again.

Hi Murek,

Can you tell wich heading the nose of your MP2 was headed at takeoff??
Was the nose towards you (heading 20 degrees? or was the nose away from you (heading 200 ?)

If your craft was heading 'south' than mayby you had a 180 degrees compass fail.

Heading was away from me

oke, so heading drone was south (220) and not as in your video pointing north (020 degree)

if this is want i understand you saying "away from me" than your compass was 180 wrong.

Thus in hover it need to correct its position and gives a steering input. But as the software thinks it pointing the other way it will actually give the opposite steer input, thus more input needed etc etc
Thus increasing speed as shown in your log.

If i am right ; don`t know why the compass was 180 wrong. Mayby DJI can tell more.

cheers
JJB

I'm sending you video where you can see that somethings goes wrong with gimbal.
From 0:04 to 0:18 , 0:47 to 1:00 you can see that gimbal is working and he's trying to be straight but on the video horizont is crooked.
Or somethings is wrong with me and that is normal?
