Like to find out if anyone has success in setting up phone to be in hotpsot and then connect the S1 via this mode to an Ipad tablet. I tried but never seem to ever succeed at all. I am aware that switching from wifi to hotspot will tunr off Wi-fi.
Whilst doing so able to get Ipad connect to hotpsot from mobile phone and somehow unable to complete QR code scanning at all. Placing the QR code and depressing the button is completely useless since cannot coonect.
This most likely would not work. I would be amazed if the hotspot feature did not have AP isolation on. AP isolation prevents devices connected to the hotspot to talk to each other.
