I have activated the mavic mini on 30/11/2019 , the error occured on next day 1/12/2019 . I have done multiple IMU calibration, but error still exist. Anyone can help ?

Error message: IMU attitude error

Is it the sensor error or my IMU calibration method is incorrect?

It will always show that messageif you hold it past about 30 degrees before you fly it. Keep it level.

Is it consider normal? or hardware problem?

Normal. Well my spark did as well. The spark stopped the motors if you turned it upside down.
Haven't tried with mini.

I would recommend please try to do a firmware refresh using the DJI Assistant 2 and try to test the drone in different location with good GPS signal (preferably outdoors) . If during this test, you feel that the drone is not flying properly. Same issue. Recalibrated my IMU, Compass and Gimbal several times with no success.  Currently installing DJI Assistant 2. Hope the refresh will help.

Yes, if the mini is tilted past 30 degrees before flying, it will display an IMU error. That is normal. Although you should try to keep it level as possible.

refreshing firmware is taking forever. I have good internet connection but transmission is as slow as a snail. because of that I always ran out of battery and refresh is going back to 0%. Getting impatient now

Really?
A 25 flying minutes, aprox. 40-50 min "stand by" battery is getting to zero before firmware update is done?
That sounds not right!

That is deffinitely weird, how long is taking?
Mine took under two minutes to update.
