Hello, my drone crashed after 2 days since i bought it, i have an open case but i want to know if the drone will be replaced or repaired, because there on the case is write 2-3 working days for repair, can tell me somebody from DJI support? Thanks

Not to sure you will have it that quickly, it’s almost certain that you will receive a refurb or a new unit in place of repair.
Dji seem to work on a system where they gather all crashed faulty or broken drones from various areas around the world that they have been sent to for repair, it seems these are then shipped back to factory in China to be refurbished and shipped back to repair facilities all round the world and its most likely you will get one of these.
I can only tell you from my experience that refurbs are very seldom in the news around here reporting problems so you should be ok there, I still have a mavic original refurb and it’s perfect .

thank you for your answer, but i am not ok with refurbish one, because i bought a new drone not a refurbished one. I hope they will send me back a new one otherwise i will return it. However i would like to answers me somebody from DJI, thanks

You used DJI Refresh Care? If so, the following is applicable:

Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

So, yes, almost sure you receive a refurbished unit. Anyway, they're not different than the new one's, you get the same warranty as a new product. I had a laptop replaced to a refurbished one that is the best unit I had.

They did not tell me, i only saw on the case, but the cause i know it was product error because it fell off the sky without any reason, before i got the message on the screen "blocked motor"

i don't have dji care, it was crashing in the warranty, i had not any fault in this case

If  you want them to repair it, I can confirm they will ship you a refurbished drone. This is their process as hallmark007 explained.

"blocked motor" in mid-flight is very unusual!

If it’s a warranty you may still get a new craft, if it’s not a warranty then you will have to pay for repair and it’s still likely you’ll get a refurb .

You will get a refurbished one but you won't be able to tell the difference between it and a new one... the turn around time for DJI repair is very quick.. often the replacement is sent to you the same day they receive your old one.
