Hi there, we are sorry for the difficulties that you encountered. Do you have any other batteries? Could you please try another battery to check if the drone can be turned on or not?

i dont have any extra battery to check...
is der other way to check if the battery is ok??or even the drone itself.?
for example using a multi tester???

Do the battery LEDS light up ? or do you get no LEDS at all?

the battery lights up itself..but the battery is not chraging..

when itry to test if their is output voltage using multitester.. the result is no output voltage..

Seems like your battery is faulty, i don't think you would get voltage unless you actually powered the battery on.

Just to confirm if you see 4 LEDS lit when you press the power button then the battery is fully charged, also to power the battery on you need to press - let go - press and hold for several seconds. You probably already know this but I'm typing it just in-case.

If your faulty battery is in warranty you should return it under warranty.
