How Long does it take to export the flying log on the DJI assistance 2?

Hi GreenDayPR, it depends on how many logs do you have and how large they are. Do you have any problem on exporting the logs?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I’m using a Mac running the latest Catalina OS. The export failed a couple of times, asking to retry... failed again after 5 minutes.

I’m able to check if I have the latest firmware installed using the assistant 2.

Sorry for the late response, was your DJI Assistant 2 V2.0.10? Any chance to try another computer?
