Hello,
I have problems updating a firmware with the assistant 2, assisstant @ mavic and the Dji Go 4.
With the Dji go 4 , i got error code: 0x022803 ( I get the drone 2 days ago ) and I cn't find the solution.For the Remote controller, i can not reset to factory settings. I can not even see the version ( it displays V0.00.00 )
Here are all you need to know about my settings :
- Iphone pro 11 max
- Macbook pro 2018 / 16go memory
- Mavic 2 PRO .

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused you. With regards to the said issue. I would recommend to please try the firmware update/refresh on a different computer to isolate issue. Please refer to this link
( https://www.dji.com/downloads/softwares/assistant-dji-2-for-mavic ) for the DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic 2 series. If the issue still persists. I would recommend for you to contact our DJI support team to start up a ticket at  ( https://www.dji.com/service/repair?site=brandsite&from=nav ) to further diagnose this matter and a proper resolution will be provided . We have the professional team who would do their best to assists you with regards to this matter. Again, I am sorry for the trouble and thank you your understanding.

Is it possible that you are updating over wifi? You might try using a hardwired LAN cable to your pc for the updates...
Almost 2.5 years ago, when I was activating my bird, I found that it was blowing out my home wifi signal. Went to a LAN cable, fixed....

Please note that the repair cost will depend on the said warranty period of the drone otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank you.

This seems to happen when the bandwidth slows to nothing, or there is a high signal to noise ratio on the broadband line that causes some packets to be corrupt. Worth trying this update when either late at night or early in the morning when you have more bandwith available.

I am getting the same error code for my fpv air unit. I am using a wired connection to the air unit so it cannot be bandwidth related can it?
I tried to contact DJI online support but they deem the fpv gear to be professional set up and all questions must go through the slow process of support@dji.com
