I made a flight with NTRIP RTK, it had a tough time connecting and giving me fix, while my LEICA GPS ROVER not. It made 3 flights which produced approximately 300 photos on each flight and all reported fix. However when I generated my ortho I had 0,75m accuracy and it reported that the last flight produced that error. After removing the photos of the last flight I had 0,02cm accuracy. I never had this problem before, currently using this firmware versions and also was my first flight with that version.

Hi mamas_n,

are you sure that all images in the last flight have got FIX position ?
You can check it into nnn_nnnn_Timestamp.MRK file (penultimate field) or in the XMP metadata of each image (RtkFlag =  RTK status ; 0 - no positioning; 16 - single-point positioning mode; 34 - RTK float solution; 50 - RTK fixed solution).

Is the last flight at the same height AGL of the previous two?
