I have an Osmo+ which I have never managed to get a smooth video out of. It connects to the phone fine, and seems to be filming fine, but when I download or view on my computer the video is anything but smooth. It stalls and jumps, even freezes up for 5 seconds or more before jumping ahead.
I must admit I haven't tried all variables - ie, haven't changed phones or cards - but the SD card is a U1 so should be fine. The gimbal is definitely moving and staying level, but something is glitchy with the recording function.


Can anyone advise on what might be causing this?

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused you. With regards to this matter, please back up your files on the SD card and please format the SD card to isolate the issue.
