Can you shoot raw or take raw pictures with the iPhone 11 pro max with the osmo mobile 3?

You can if you use the iPhone camera app.

With regards to the raw photos as DAFlys posted at #2 you can use the native camera of the mobile device and your DJI Osmo Mobile 3 will act as a gimbal stabilizer. In addition, Upon checking the iPhone 11 pro max is not listed as recommended device for the DJI Osmo Mobile 3, the said device may work but however, we cannot guarantee the stability of the said mobile device when in use.
