Hey guys,

At Christmas I will travel a few days to Greece, and I will travel with my Mavic Pro 2.

Could you give me information about drone legislation? And general recommendations about the drone flight in Athens (Greece).

Hello and good day Lex_Luchor. Thank you for reaching out and for these information.  I hope you'll get the best information and recommendations here from our valued DJI Members and Customers who traveled in Greece and brought the DJI drone with them. In addition I will be posting a link where in you can check locations in Greece ( https://www.dji.com/flyingtips?site=brandsite&from=nav ) where in you can fly your drone freely and if the said location is a no fly zone ( NFZ ). In addition I will be posting a link where in you can check some DJI Flying Tips ( https://www.dji.com/flyingtips?site=brandsite&from=nav ). Thank you and please be safe always.

I visited Greece last June (not the mainland though).
Greek drone laws are pretty draconian if you follow them to the letter. They require that you keep 8KM clearance from any airport AND HELIPORT, no matter what. If you don't register your drone and yourself as a pilot, you have to fly within 50m of yourself (in any direction).
As for Athens - it's a major city, and also full of heritage and archeological sites. I don't believe you can fly anywhere in the city, definitely not where the interesting sites are, but I could be wrong. I didn't check this, it just makes sense, and Athens is probably also an area where enforcement would be at its top.

These may illustrate what I was saying:

As you can see in the map link, Athens is pretty much a no fly zone in its entirety...
