It can be. If the battery is having minor deviations, no. All batteries have minor deviations as no two are alike. Major deviations however is something to be concerned with as it can and will affect battery life. Major deviations in a set of batteries would be something to examine and watch more closely.

Hi Drone Retard, generally speaking, the deviation should be lower than 0.05V at high power, and less than 0.1V at low power. The third-party software may be inaccurate when calculating the deviation, please check the DJI Fly APP and provide us the screenshot of the official APP, thanks.
