While doing low light filming at sunrise I filmed strange flickering
I have my ideal about what it is .
Does anyone know whats causing it ?

is not flickering just the fresh snow crystal sending back the reflection received from the ambient light or your drone  lights,  which is totally normal to me .

Looks more like reflection to me.

Must be snow as on the clean areas the flickering doesn't appear.

If you're talking about the brief shadows at the left of the frame, it happens when you make a quick move to the left, when the drone tilts in that direction. Something to do with the prop casting a shadow on the lens maybe?

I had the flood light on and I think it’s the light reflecting back from the ice crystals. When it’s stationary it doesn’t Flickr it’s a constant reflection back. I just think that’s a very impressive camera to be in near dark light and still be able to pick up individual reflections from individual ice crystals

well actually when we bought the place we got told to not dig in the back lot . Its was said during the civil war people of ill-repute was buried back there

I just wished more video editor would use H265 . My favorite editor doesn't and I always feel like i'm dumbing down my drone when I edit with it
