All very valid points, thanks for sharing.
Forgetting the SD card has happened twice to me already lol

It's handy to have at least two SD cards.  Then, when you remove one from the drone, always install a clean one to replace it right then.

Then always copy the contents of the one you just pulled out to your PC AND a separate drive as a  backup.  Then, and only then, format that card to have at the ready to swap into the drone the next time.

Of course, having even more cards so you can keep a few in your kit with the drone is a good idea, too.  But mainly, always have one loaded ino the drone at all times so you don't take off, only to realize that there's no card in place.

Do as I say, not as I do, of course.  ;)

Great video, very useful I think for new pilots, specially the one who came directly to recent drones and have not gone through learning how to pilot a regular RC helicopter before.
I think a point which is missing in this video is to double check that the MM has sufficient satellite number and updated his home location before take off.

I agree,  but you'll find plenty of disagreement how many to wait for,  I personally always wait for 11,  that guarantees that you have at least 6 of the same type, as you can't mix between the two types it can receive..
