Using DJI Pilot on CrystalSky v1.6

Cannot sync flight records

Get
"Unable to resolve host "mydjiflight.dji.com": No address associated with hostname"

I have tried signing in and out

Any suggestions?

it seams a DNS problem, in other words the system is not able to translate the "mydjiflight.dji.com" domain name into a (numeric) IP adress. Check your WiFi settings and the DNS (Domain Name Server) IP in particular.

Thankyou but this isn't a problem with our network..

I can sync without problems from iPads or Samsung tablets on the same network with the same aircraft, but I cannot sync the flights from the CrystalSky

Try clearing your cache on the CrystalSky. It might have old/errant routing info.
